Last updated: April 10, 2026 Welcome to Blue’s Poop Scoop, operated by Blue’s Goods Co (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website at bluespoopscoop.com or using our pet waste removal services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.
1. Services
Blue’s Poop Scoop provides residential and commercial pet waste removal services in the Philadelphia, PA area. Service availability, scheduling, and pricing are subject to change. We reserve the right to refuse service to any customer at our discretion.
2. Appointments and Scheduling
Service appointments are confirmed via phone, email, or SMS. It is your responsibility to ensure safe and reasonable access to the service area on your scheduled day. If we are unable to access the yard due to a locked gate, aggressive animals, or other obstruction, the visit may be skipped and the full service fee may still apply.
3. Payment
Payment terms will be communicated at the time of service agreement. Failure to pay on time may result in suspension or cancellation of services. We reserve the right to charge a late fee for overdue balances.
4. Cancellations
You may cancel or reschedule a service appointment by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to weather, safety concerns, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. SMS Communications
By providing your phone number and submitting a form on our website or chat widget, you consent to receive automated SMS text messages from Blue’s Poop Scoop related to your inquiry, service scheduling, and appointment reminders. Message and data rates may apply. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any text message.
6. Liability
Blue’s Poop Scoop is not responsible for damage caused by pre-existing conditions in your yard, including but not limited to underground irrigation systems, buried cables, or landscaping features not disclosed at the time of service setup. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from our services.
7. Pet Safety
For the safety of our staff, all pets must be secured indoors or away from the service area during scheduled visits. We reserve the right to skip a visit and charge the full service fee if a pet presents a safety concern.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on bluespoopscoop.com, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Blue’s Goods Co and may not be reproduced without written permission.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our website or services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Service Guarantees
Blue’s Poop Scoop offers two guarantees to every customer. These guarantees are part of your service agreement.
1. The 30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If, within the first 30 days of your service, you are not satisfied for any reason, you may request a full refund of all service fees paid during that period. In addition, Blue’s Poop Scoop will send you $50 as a goodwill payment.
- Eligibility: All new customers, beginning on the date of your first completed visit.
- How to claim: Text 610-410-0506 or email us with the phrase “30-day guarantee.”
- Deadline: Claims must be submitted within 30 days of your first completed visit.
- Refund and $50 payment: Sent within 7 business days via Venmo, Zelle, PayPal, or check — your choice.
- No questions asked: We will not require you to justify your decision. We will not attempt to retain you. We may ask once whether there’s anything we could improve, but a response is entirely optional.
- Limit: One guarantee claim per household.
2. No Charge for Service We Don’t Provide
You will not be billed for any scheduled visit that Blue’s Poop Scoop does not complete. If a visit cannot be completed for any of the following reasons, no charge will apply, and the visit will be either rescheduled or skipped:
- Yard inaccessibility (locked gate, no gate code, blocked or obstructed access)
- Animal in the yard preventing safe entry (off-leash dog, aggressive dog, other animal)
- Weather conditions our team determines are unsafe (severe storms, ice, lightning, etc.)
- Any other circumstance outside our control that prevents servicing the yard
We will notify you the same day if a visit is skipped, and reschedule when conditions allow.
3. Customer Cancellations
Visits cancelled by the customer:
- More than 24 hours before the scheduled visit: No charge.
- Less than 24 hours before the scheduled visit: Charged at the regular rate, as your spot on the route was held for you.
